About

Built for scale.
Engineered for growth.

Twenty years of entering environments where complexity is the default and scale is the mandate — and leaving them with platforms that perform, margins that hold, and teams that deliver. The work has spanned municipal health systems, global MedTech, international joint ventures, and pre-seed startups. The discipline has never changed.

The through-line is commercial outcomes — not just technology delivered, but revenue grown, margins expanded, and organizations rebuilt to sustain both. That combination is rare, and it travels. The right organization will know it when they see it.

The Pattern in Practice

Four problems.
One consistent approach.

Case 01

Turning a Cost Center into a Margin Engine

Inherited a global services organization running on a traditional break-fix model — low margin, reactive, and structurally unprofitable in several markets. Rebuilt the entire operating model: rationalized SKUs, renegotiated supplier contracts, amended SLAs, and converted the remaining business into a proactive, software-supported revenue stream. Services revenue contribution grew from 5% to 9%.

Case 02

Making M&A Actually Deliver Unified Platforms

Most acquisitions create product silos — separate teams, separate roadmaps, no shared architecture. Diagnosed this as the root cause of unrealized synergies across multiple transactions. Built a unified gateway strategy from scratch: designed and shipped enterprise integration products that connected devices, clinical workflows, and engineering systems into a single operating layer at global scale.

Case 04

Building NYC's Public Health Infrastructure — Through Hurricane Sandy

Led two concurrent NYC mandates: a HEAL NY state grant program deploying full-stack health IT across 22 locations and 200+ community organizations, and a Bloomberg-funded migration from Siemens Unity to Epic across 11 hospitals. When Hurricane Sandy buried the primary data center under 8 feet of water, the team executed failover to Sungard NJ and kept all hospitals running.

Case 05

Integrating an Acquired Health System While the Hospitals Kept Running

Hired to integrate Continuum Health Partners into Mount Sinai — 8 hospitals, $60M+ IT budget, disparate EMR, billing, and lab systems. Built the unified Epic framework, connected the system to Healthix RHIO, and delivered Meaningful Use Stage 2 attestation protecting millions in Medicare incentive payments — all with live hospitals on both sides of the integration.
